Donut Batter:

  • 1/4 cup melted regular or vegan butter
  • 1 1/4 cup regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups regular or gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp regular milk, oat milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix melted butter, milk, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries. Pour batter into greased donut molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Optional: Drizzle with glaze once cooled.
