  • 1 & 1/4 teaspoons Lawry’s Seasoning salt (or kosher salt)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup butter for eggs

Tortillas:

  • 15 (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

Instructions

  1. Bake the Bacon: Line bacon on baking sheets and bake at 400 degrees F until crisp.
  2. Cook the Bacon: Chop cooled bacon into pieces.
  3. Save Bacon Grease: Reserve bacon grease.
  4. Brown the Sausage: Cook sausage in a skillet.
