  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 12 teaspoons water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, egg, cocoa powder, salt, sweetener, and 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips.
  2. Adjust Consistency: If needed, add 1-2 teaspoons of water to thin the batter.

  4. Cook the Waffles: Pour half of the batter into the waffle iron, sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips, and cook for 2-3 minutes until done. Repeat with the remaining batter.
