Graham Crackers:
- 12 graham crackers (broken in half)
Peanut Butter Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Coating:
- 3 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil (divided)
Peanut Butter Drizzle:
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Prepare Graham Crackers: Break graham crackers in half and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Make Peanut Butter Filling: Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Form Peanut Butter Balls: Roll mixture into balls and place one on each graham cracker.
- Flatten Balls: Flatten peanut butter balls onto graham crackers.
- Melt Chocolate: Microwave chocolate chips and 3 tbsp oil until smooth.
- Coat Graham Crackers: Dip crackers in chocolate and place back on baking sheet.
- Prepare Peanut Butter Drizzle: Melt peanut butter chips with 1 tbsp oil.
- Drizzle Peanut Butter: Drizzle over chocolate-coated crackers.
- Chill and Enjoy: Refrigerate to set chocolate before serving.
