  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce, such as Sweet Baby Ray’s
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • Small squeeze fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Assembly:

  • 46 large wraps
  • 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • Ranch dressing, to taste
  • Thinly sliced avocado, optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare Buffalo Chickpea Mixture: Mash chickpeas in a bowl, then add celery, green onion, red onion, parsley, buffalo sauce, tahini, lemon juice, spices, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
