- ½ cup chicken broth

- 1 small bag of fresh baby spinach
Seasonings and Cheese:
- 1 dash Weber Herb and Garlic Seasoning
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Chicken: Arrange the chicken breasts in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper, and Weber Herb and Garlic Seasoning.
- Sauté Vegetables: Sauté mushrooms in olive oil until softened, then layer over chicken with spinach.

- Bake Covered: Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
