For the Clusters:
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips (or dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate bar for vegan – use non-dairy chocolate chips or chocolate bar)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, canola oil or vegetable oil can be used if needed to thin chocolate)
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows (for vegan – use vegan mini marshmallows)
- 4–8 graham crackers
Toppings:
- graham cracker crumbs
- sea salt or sprinkles
Instructions
- Prepare the Base: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. If using graham cracker bases, cut or break graham crackers into squares.
- Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe dish, melt chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval. Add oil to thin chocolate if needed.
- Combine Ingredients: Mix graham cracker bits and marshmallows into the melted chocolate until coated.
- Form Clusters: Scoop the s’mores mixture onto graham cracker squares using a cookie scoop or spoon.
- Chill: Refrigerate for about an hour until firm.

- You can customize these clusters by adding nuts, dried fruits, or other toppings of your choice.
