- 8 large soft medjool dates

- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup crushed pretzels
Additional Ingredients:
- 20 whole pretzels
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Prepare Date Filling: Soak dates in water for 10 minutes if not soft. Drain water and blend dates, peanut butter, and maple syrup in a food processor until a gooey filling forms. Fold in crushed pretzels.
- Assemble Bars: Spread filling on whole pretzels to form bars. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil using a double boiler or microwave.
- Coat Bars: Dip bars in melted chocolate, place on parchment paper, and freeze for an hour until set.
