Dough:

- ½ cup (120g) unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (120g) ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp almond extract (optional)
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
Additional:
- ¼ cup (60ml) honey (for drizzling)
- Additional chopped pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
